How It Works (Request Processing)

Step 1

Browse our website for treatment, accommodation, and extra service options and fill in as many details in the request form as you can or Contact us (medicaltourism@helalclinic.com).

Step 2

The IPD team will reply to your request within 48 hours and help you find solutions for the other aspects of your trip which you might not have defined as yet. With the help of our surgeons and clinicians we can assist you with finding the right professionals for the treatments you require and the best environment for your post-treatment recovery. We can also help with visa extensions if required.

Step 3

Once your treatment is booked we can arrange all the other details of your trip around your treatment dates, venues and needs.

Step 4

We will send you quotes on the different options which once you have confirmed, you will be requested to travel to Iran and pay deposits on arrival (all currencies are accepted).

Step 5

Our team will arrange for you and your family to be met at the airport on arrival. We see to every detail of your stay from safety and security, daily transport between accommodation and treatment sessions to historical tours and daytrips. You will be well-looked after until you leave the airport to your country at the end of your stay. A detailed report including all the services you have received and also all your payments will be provided to you.
